Processing and Dispatch Information
We process and ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and recognized holidays. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.
Processing Timeframe
Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) on a business day will be processed starting the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Time Estimate
Shipping typically takes 5–12 business days after the order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external conditions.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of $8 applies to orders under $69.99.
Orders totaling $69.99 or more are eligible for free standard shipping.
